  • Orders will only be shipped after full payment has been received and confirmed.

Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy

  • All confirmed orders are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • Refunds or returns are only applicable in the following cases:
    • Wrong item received
    • Damaged product during delivery
    • Failed delivery (returned to sender)

  • Include your order number, clear photos, and video recording of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue.
  • Items must be returned within 7 working days of receipt.
  • Items must be in unused condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Customers must provide video proof of any damages and wrong items shipped.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
  • Once verified, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
